Sample, save, and play The Kaptivator can sample and save up to 800 video clips, which can be accessed and played using 16 clip pads on the surface of the unit. Adding a camera or other external video signal enables you to work with three video sources simultaneously.

Mix it up Video clips can be played back simultaneously and mixed as two video sources. You can also mix images using thirty different transitions, ranging from basic transitions to complex patterns. In addition to the composite video input, the Kaptivator provides a DV port that lets you connect a DV camera or other digital video equipment. Two onboard LCD screens allow you to monitor multiple clips.

Flexible effects routing and style presets The Kaptivator lets you color, blur, invert, even scratch your clips. Route your effects to different groups of clips and mix them with external video inputs. The possibilities are mind-boggling!
